How to set a youtube video to start at a certain point

Sometimes we get a lot of videos wherein only a certain part of the video is interesting. Online surfers like us have very little patience – we want the content right away! At YouTube, you can now add a URL parameter to indicate the starting point of the video.

Add the following tag to the end of the link "#t=1m20s" where "m" = the minutes and "s" = the seconds, for example heres a video that is 1 minute and 45 seconds long, I only want to show the part that begins at 1 minute and 19 seconds till the end.

Example Full video link:
 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSGBVzeBUbk
Video link set to start at 1 minute and 19 seconds in
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSGBVzeBUbk#t=1m19s

Please note, this does not work when using the youtube video(same tab).open in new tab then work it.
