How To Manually update Android 2.2 Froyo for Nexus One

As you know that Android 2.2 with code name is Froyo already released two week ago and allow you can update it manually. If you are own one and cannot waiting for so long, just follow up these steps bellow to get latest version of Android in your Nexus One.
You can now enabling multitouch and fixing T-Mobile 3G issue, check step by step bellow:
  1. Download the update file ROM from Google official web link at here.
  2. Rename the file you just downloaded to update.zip and copy it onto your microSD card.
  3. Turn your Nexus One off, after that, hold down the trackball and press the power button.

  4. You will booted into a white screen with three Android robots on skateboards. Please select “Bootloader” to continue.
  5. On the next screen, select “Recovery”
  6. Your phone will reboot, giving you a picture of the Android robot and an exclamation point inside a triangle.
  7. Now press the power button and volume up button at the same time. It could take a couple of tries.
  8. Now choose “Apply sdcard:update.zip” and let things run their course.
